Cristina brings over 15 years of healthcare experience to Phoenix Podiatry, with a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine from Charles Sturt University and clinical training across Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Geraldton Regional Hospital and four years of podiatric care in Albury-Wodonga NSW. Her approach is patient-centred and evidence-based — listening first, then tailoring treatment plans around each individual's comfort, mobility and long-term foot health.

Do I need a referral to see a podiatrist?
No referral is needed for a standard appointment at Phoenix Podiatry. However if your GP has issued a Chronic Disease Management Plan (EPC referral) you may be eligible for bulk-billed visits at no cost to you.
Does Phoenix Podiatry bulk bill?
Yes. Eligible patients with a valid GP care plan are bulk billed with no out-of-pocket fee. Phoenix Podiatry also accepts NDIS and DVA funding. Call 08 9434 2006 to check your eligibility before your appointment.
Can you come to my home or aged care facility?
Absolutely. Phoenix Podiatry offers home visits, aged care facility appointments and retirement village visits across Spearwood and surrounding suburbs within approximately 10km of the clinic. Contact us to arrange.
Do you treat children?
Yes. Phoenix Podiatry sees children of all ages and has specific experience working with kids who have autism, ADHD, anxiety or sensory sensitivities. We allocate extra time and adapt our approach for every child.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring any relevant referrals, your Medicare or DVA card, a list of current medications and any footwear you wear regularly. Loose comfortable clothing is helpful too.
How long does an appointment take?
Standard appointments run approximately 30 minutes. If you need extra time for any reason let us know when booking and we will make sure it is allocated.
